At Quail West, a passion for golf is exercised over two extraordinary 18-hole Arthur Hills courses and the newly renovated Grand Clubhouse is the social centerpiece of the community. We invite to preview the Quail West Country Club amenities:

Full Golf Membership
The full golf member is entitled to full privileges and unlimited use of all club amenities. Initiation Fee: $125,000 (currently being offered at $75,000) 2009 Annual Dues: $12,980
House Membership
The resident-only House Member is a non-voting member and is entitled to use of the Clubhouse facilities (dining, fitness center, spa, tennis and social activities). Golf privileges are provided from May 15th to October 16th with payment of cart fees and tee times consistent with those extended to reciprocal players. This member may play golf during prime season (October 17th – May 14th) as an accompanied guest of a member who pays full guest and cart fees. These guest privileges are limited to six times during prime season. Initiation Fee: $35,000 (currently being offered at $25,000) 2009 Annual Dues: $4,713
The purchase of either a Full Equity Golf Membership or a House Membership is required with the purchase of a homesite from Quail West Development Company.
